Eligibility and account registration
Mr Fortune is operated under licence MGA/B2C/445/2017 granted by the Malta Gaming Authority. Registration is open only to individuals aged twenty or over who are not resident in a territory we have excluded, and who are not prohibited from gambling by a court order or self-exclusion register.
One account per person, household, IP address, and payment instrument is permitted. Duplicate registrations are closed, and any balance built on a duplicate account may be reduced to the sum of net deposits.
Details supplied at registration must be accurate and kept current. Withdrawals are released only to an account held in the registered player's own name; third-party payments are returned and may trigger a compliance review.
Deposits, withdrawals, and verification
Funds held in a player balance are client money and do not attract interest. Mr Fortune does not extend credit and no wager may be placed against funds that have not cleared.
Full verification is required before the first withdrawal and, periodically, afterwards. Requests are normally processed within twenty-four hours once documents are approved, after which timing depends on the chosen provider and your bank.
Where a deposit method cannot receive payment, withdrawals are returned by an alternative route in your own name. Accounts that deposit and withdraw without meaningful play may be charged the processing costs incurred.
Bonuses and promotional play
Every offer carries its own qualifying deposit, wagering requirement, maximum conversion, game weighting, and expiry period, published alongside the promotion. Accepting an offer means accepting those specific rules in addition to these terms.
While a wagering requirement is outstanding, the maximum stake per round is limited as stated in the offer. Exceeding that stake, or using strategies that hedge outcomes to clear a requirement without genuine risk, voids the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
Bonus abuse — including coordinated multi-accounting, exploiting a pricing or software error, or reversing withdrawals to prolong a promotion — results in forfeiture of bonus funds, and repeated abuse in permanent account closure with cashable deposits returned.
Gameplay, errors, and service availability
Game outcomes are determined by random number generators independently tested and certified for the Malta Gaming Authority. Published return-to-player figures describe long-run averages and say nothing about the result of any individual session.
If a round is interrupted by disconnection, the outcome recorded on our servers stands and unresolved rounds are settled or voided when you next log in. Our server logs are the definitive record where a player's device history disagrees with them.
Malfunctions void all associated plays and payments. Mr Fortune may suspend access for maintenance, security incidents, or regulatory instruction, and will restore service as soon as it is safe to do so.
Complaints, changes, and governing law
Raise a complaint first with our support team, who will acknowledge it within two business days and give a written decision within ten. If the outcome does not satisfy you, the matter may be escalated to the Malta Gaming Authority's player support unit or to the alternative dispute resolution body named in the footer.
We may amend these terms to reflect legal, licensing, or operational change. Material amendments are notified by email and on first login, and continuing to play after the stated effective date constitutes acceptance.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Malta, without prejudice to consumer protections that apply to you as a resident of New Zealand. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
